A 4 week program designed to test your limits in physical fitness activity with a mix of traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Built on three fundamentals of training—cardio, strength, and agility—our boot-camp workouts require little more than your body weight to get results.

Whether you are new to fitness training or have been training for a while, National Fitness Professional's Boot Camp is the perfect place for you.  We don't have any levels because we don't need them.  Our program is specifically designed to allow first-time enthusiasts to work side-by-side with experienced campers and have everyone get an amazing workout.  You will almost always get to decide your own pace.  And because you do, your comfort level will grow with each class, your physical abilities will develop quickly, and your mind and body will begin to transform and work more efficiently.  It all happens at your pace! On the first day of National Fitness Pro's Boot Camp, you will go for orientation which will include time for completing paperwork, reviewing the class rules and safety guidelines and performing a basic fitness assessment.

RE-ASSESSMENTS TO MEASURE PROGRESS

At the end of camp, our campers are always invited back to re-assess their progress after the 4-weeks are over.  This is the most exciting part!  The re-assessment takes place side-by-side with our new class as they do their beginning assessments.  It's always so motivating for our new campers to hear the successes of current campers just as they are beginning. Very inspiring!

For Boot Camp, all you and your friends and family will need is:

  • Cross Training shoes
  • Towels
  • Water bottle
  • Good attitude

National Fitness Pro's recommends a good quality cross training shoe that is well broken-in but continues to provide support and stable footing.
